Linda Wauson is the power behind the throne providing financing, keeping tight bookkeeping procedures and imparting common sense all throughout a project.

She is Steve’s sister and works as an executive for a major international actuarial firm in Houston. As a UT alumna she loves Austin and comes here as often as possible.

Financing the construction of a new Craftsman Homes of Austin's home, or costing a remodel job is at the heart of the business; it is there where Steve and Linda Wauson excel as a team.
