  • Trim and thin remaining woodland on site | mulch and save material
  • Mulch entire site. Mulch controls erosion and preserves moisture content in the ground.
  • Lay down septic field and install septic tanks
  • Drill well and closed loop borings for geothermal heat pumps.
  • Trench: Utilities paths from street, geothermal heat pump loops, pond, irrigation, well, septic, solar array, sport court, water treatment, and water storage.
  • Form pond with excavated boulders
  • Pour: Pond, shed, pump houses and sport court
