Koi Pond From Deck.
The pond, on the North side of the house,
is protected from excesive sun by deep water and cool areas hidden around
the rocks.
Such strategy keeps the water cool and the koi fish safe from predatory
cranes. The trough above the pond delivers spring water
as well as A.C. condensation. Rainwater reaches the pond dancing down
a rain chain.
